Steamed Fish Fillet (simple)

Ingredients:
Fish fillet
Ginger
Garlic

1. Steam fish with ginger and 2 tbsps of soy sauce.
2. Fry garlic till crispy.
3. Pour over fish.

P/s: For variety, fry fish instead. For steamed, ginger can be fried with garlic.
