Preserved young ginger

Ingredients:
Vinegar
Young ginger
Sugar

1. Slice ginger into very thin slices. Add salt to soften ginger.
2. Boil half a bottle of vinegar with 3 tbsps of sugar.
3. Let it cool.
4. Soak ginger clean.
5. Add into cooled solution.
