Beef Fried with Oyster Sauce (Sihat)

Ingredients:
600 g lean beef
6 tbsps oyster sauce
2/3 tbsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsps vegetable oil
200 ml (1 cup) water
6 cm ginger, sliced finely
15 shallots + 6 pips garlic, ground together

1. Heat oil in wok. Add ginger, pepper and ground ingredients.
2. Add water and allow to simmer.
3. Add oyster sauce.
4. Add beef and cook until gravy thickens.
5. Add onions and red chillies. Stir well and remove.

Serves 5
