Fried Sayur Manis
Ingredients:
Sayur/cangkuk manis
garlic
anchovies
baby corn
1. Saute garlic and anchovies until frangrant.
2. Add baby corn. Fry until cooked.
3. Put in crushed sayur manis leaves.
4. Add oil and salt to taste (add less water and more oil to get the more 'slippery' feel)
Variation: Replace baby corn and anchovies with egg.
