Steamed Fish with Salted Soy Bean

Ingredients:
1 pomfret (pek chio/bawal putih)
1 tbsp salted soy bean paste
2 cm ginger
garlic
chilli
mushroom

1. Fry ginger, garlic, chilli and mushroom until fragrant.
2. Add soy bean paste.
3. Remove and put onto fish. Steam until fish is cooked.

Serves 2
