Ayam Masak Merah (Sihat)

Ingredients:
600 g (5 pcs) chicken drumstick, discard skin and fat, rub with 3 g (1/2) turmeric salt
170 g (1/2 medium size bottle) tomato sauce
150 ml (3/4 cup) water
10 ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
2 pips garlic, sliced
1 big onion, sliced
10 dried chillies, blended
2 cm ginger + 2 pips garlic, blended together

1. Roast/fry chicken until half-cooked.
2. Heat oil, fry sliced garlic and onion until golden.
3. Add dried chillies and fry until fragrant.
4. Add blended ginger and garlic.
5. Add water and tomato sauce.
6. Add chicken and mix well.

Serves 5
