Flour Coated Prawns

Ingredients:
Prawns (10 medium sized)
Wheat flour
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Corn flour
Water
1 tsp baking powder

1. Season prawns in pepper and salt.
2. Make batter, Wheat flour: Oil: Cornflour = 3:2:1 tablespoons. Add salt:pepper = 2/3:1/3 tsp. Add a little baking powder. Mix 2 tablespoons of water.
3. Coat prawns with batter.
4. Deep fry.

P/s: For variety, use squids or oyster mushrooms.
